Motor tail adjustment handle clockwise direction selection is retracting R knife - the sealed side R is small, and vice versa, it is into the R knife - the sealed side R is large. It is necessary for the two to cooperate with each other to bring out the smooth, smooth R.


2. The conditioning force, conditioning method and precautions of the pressure roller are the same as the strength, methods and precautions of the pressure roller at the roughing knife. The conditioning force of the upper and lower taper wheels is adjusted by the chuck screw on the motor base, and the clockwise rotation increases the pressure, and vice versa. The conditioning force is too large, and the resistance of the tapered wheel seat is too large when the workpiece is sealed, which affects the trimming and even damages the workpiece and equipment during the processing. The conditioning force is too small, the taper wheel when sealing the workpiece


3. The entry and exit points of the upper and lower taper wheels are separately in and out of the conditioning and the whole in and out conditioning. Adjacent to the top and bottom can be carried out by the taper wheel support. When conditioning, first loosen the support seat to adjust the fastening handle, then move the support seat forward or backward, but it is necessary to make the two tapered wheels evenly rest on the workpiece, and then tighten the fastening handle, otherwise it will affect Trimming. All the in and out are conditioned by the knurling handle, and the counterclockwise rotation increases the feed amount. Conversely, the feed amount decreases. Too much adjustment, it is easy to damage the front end of the workpiece, and even damage the equipment. Too little to adjust, affecting trimming. Generally, the taper wheel can be backed by about 2 mm from the top of the workpiece, and the double-sided knife should be smaller.


4. It is necessary to leave a small amount of edge banding allowance for the workpiece of the R knife, and leave it to the scraper. Too much margin, the back end of the workpiece is easy to render with no sidebands. Too little margin, the scraper can't scrape the sideband.
